These Terms govern your use of mobilesaunatherapy.com and our mobile sauna rental services. By using the site or booking a rental, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Cancellation & Refund Policy. This is a plain-language summary of our rules and is not a substitute for advice from your own attorney.
1. Who we are
Mobile Sauna Therapy provides short-term mobile sauna rentals with delivery, setup, and pickup in the South Lake Tahoe and Carson Valley area. Contact: [email protected].
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old to book or sign a waiver.
- The person who books is the “Renter” and is responsible for everyone who uses the sauna during the rental, including guests and minors.
3. The service
Unless we agree otherwise in writing, a standard rental includes:
- Delivery of the mobile sauna to an agreed location within our service area
- Setup and heating so the unit is ready for use at the scheduled start
- Pickup at the end of the rental window for your package
Package lengths, start times, and prices are shown on the website at booking and may change for future bookings. Event or custom rentals may be quoted separately.
4. Service area & site requirements
- Standard delivery is within about 30 miles of Woodfords, CA 96120 (South Lake Tahoe & the Carson Valley). Outside that area, contact us before booking.
- You must provide safe, legal access for a trailer and a reasonably level place to park and set up.
- You are responsible for any HOA, landlord, park, or property rules, permits, and permissions needed for delivery and use at your location.
- We may decline or cancel a delivery if the site is unsafe, inaccessible, or outside our operating ability.
5. Bookings & payment
- A booking is a request until payment is completed successfully through PayPal (or another method we approve) and we confirm the reservation.
- Prices listed online are in U.S. dollars and exclude any taxes that may apply.
- You agree that the information you submit (name, contact, location, dates) is accurate.
6. Liability waiver (required)
Before use of the equipment, the Renter must sign our liability waiver and health disclaimer. The waiver includes assumption of risk and a release of ordinary negligence to the extent allowed by law. If the waiver is not signed, we may cancel the rental without completing delivery or may refuse use of the equipment.
7. Health & safety; not medical care
- Sauna use involves high heat and physical stress. It is not medical treatment, and we are not health-care providers.
- Sauna use may be unsafe for people with certain conditions (including heart disease, blood-pressure issues, pregnancy, epilepsy, diabetes, recent surgery/illness, and others). Users should consult a physician when appropriate.
- Do not use the sauna while impaired by alcohol, drugs, or medication that affects judgment or heat tolerance.
- Follow the safety briefing and operating instructions provided at delivery. Do not leave the unit unattended in an unsafe condition. Keep children and pets supervised and away from hot surfaces.

8. Your responsibilities
- Use the equipment carefully and only as instructed
- Protect the unit from damage, theft, and misuse during your rental window
- Return the unit in clean, usable condition (normal wear expected)
- Pay for damage, excessive cleaning, missing items, or extra time beyond your package caused by you or your guests
9. Cancellations, weather & changes
Cancellation, rescheduling, and refund rules are described in our Cancellation & Refund Policy, which is part of these Terms.
10. Website disclaimer
- Site content is for general information. We try to keep prices, packages, and availability accurate, but errors can occur and offerings may change.
- The site is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the website.
11. Third-party services & links
Payments are handled by PayPal. The site may link to third-party websites or embed third-party tools. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability, or policies. Your use of PayPal is also subject to PayPal’s terms.
12. Intellectual property
Site text, branding, logo, and design are owned by Mobile Sauna Therapy or used with permission. You may not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without our written consent.
13. Limitation of liability (website & booking)
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability related to the website or a rental booking will not exceed the amount you paid us for the affected reservation. This limit does not apply where the law forbids a limitation, and it does not replace the separate waiver you sign for equipment use. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, or other liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state where the rental equipment is delivered and used for that booking (California or Nevada), without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be brought in the courts of the county where that rental occurred, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
15. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. For new bookings, the Terms posted at the time you book apply.
